George Junior Taylor

George J. Taylor 79, of Indianapolis, IN passed away February 09, 2013. He was born May 31, 1933 in McCrory, Arkansas. George owned and operated G.J. Construction Inc., retiring in 1997. He was a veteran of the Air Force and served in the Korean War. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Jeannie Taylor, daughters Charlotte Wood, Mary (Jeff) Hoover, Brenda (Bruce) Ring. Brothers Burnest (Della Mae) and Bernie Lee Taylor. 6 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Preceded in death by parents, daughter Donna Taylor and grandson Jimmy Curnett. Visitation will be held 4-8pm Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11am Friday, February 15, 2013 at the funeral center, followed by military honors.
