George Edd Bell

79, Indianapolis, passed away February 27, 2016. Georgewas born in Rockwood, Tennessee on April 4, 1936 to Ernest and Betty Ann(Hicks) Bell. He was employed at International Harvester (Navistar) for 36years (1955 to 1991) George Edd was known for his love of music, talent in the bluegrass community and for his band: Eddie Bell andthe Bluegrass Country Cut-Ups. He played his guitar and mandolin on manya stage across the country with many notable bluegrass musicians.

George Edd will be lovingly missed by his son, George Edward Bell(Teresa); grandchildren, George Evan Bell and Bonnie Davis (Drew); great-grandchildren, Nancy and Jesse; and close friends and band mates.He was preceded in death by his parents and loving wife, June M. Bell.
