George C. Dallas

George C. Dallas 81, of Indianapolis, died June 10, 2012. He was born December 3, 1930 to Christopher & Sophia Dallas in Ashland, KY. After serving in the Air Force for four years, George graduated from the University of Kentucky and began his 33 year career with Sears Roebuck & Co. until he retired in 1990. In 1956, George married Artemis Kalos, who survives. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Alexander. Additional survivors include his 3 sons: Christopher (Teresa), Marcus (Sally) & Nicholas (Sheri) Dallas; Grandchildren: Nicholas, Dimitri, Alexander, Michaela & Sophia Dallas; Siblings: Thomas (Patty) & Dora Dallas. Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church will be the location for the Visitation on Thursday, June 14, 2012 from 4-8pm and the Funeral on Friday, June 15, 2012 at 11am with a calling at 10am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Trinity in memory of George Dallas. Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East is handling arrangements.
