Geneva Kennedy

Geneva M. Kennedy, 89, Indianapolis, passed away January 31, 2014. She was born November 17, 1924, in Indianapolis, the daughter of the late John O. and Maude (Pickard) Sexton. She married William Studebaker, who was killed in action in World War II. She later married Eugene F. Kennedy, who preceded her in passing on March 1, 2002 . Geneva retired in 1984 from North Central High School as the school treasurer. She is survived by her children, Douglas Studebaker and Cynthia Kennedy; grandchildren, Jeff, Kim, Kevin, Samantha, Doug, Amanda, Rocky; and nine great grandchildren. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 3, 2014, at Flanner and Buchanan – Broad Ripple, 1305 East Broad Ripple Avenue. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Heart Association.
