Gary L. Fredrick

66, of Indianapolis, IN passed away unexpectedly on April 17, 2017. Gary was born in Indianapolis, IN on January 3, 1951 to his late parents, George Avery and Anette Jeanne (Gorman) Fredrick. He graduated from Scecina Memorial High School, and retired from Ford Motor Company, where he worked as a forklift operator. Gary enjoyed NASCAR; motorcycles; and collecting coins, knives and guns.
Gary will be lovingly missed by his daughter, Kelly Groce (Michael); son, Chad Fredrick (Ashley); six grandchildren: Teresa Rick (Derek), Isaiah Groce, Taylor Groce, Dilan Fredrick, Haylee Fredrick, Peyton Fredrick; great-granddaughter, Skyler Rick; sister, Kathy Martin; two nephews: Michael Martin (Nicole “Nikki”), Matthew Martin (Monica); and many other extended family and friends.
Friends may call from 4pm until 8pm, Thursday, April 20, 2017 and additionally from 11am until 1pm, Friday, April 21st at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1pm on Friday. Entombment will be private in Washington Park East Cemetery.
