Gary K. Locke

Gary K Locke 68, of Indianapolis, passed away Monday, August 20, 2012. Gary was born July 1, 1944, in Indianapolis, Indiana, a son of Kenneth and Juanita Locke. Gary was a Warren Central graduate and worked as a truck driver for Zephyr Transportation retiring in 2002. Riding his Harley Davidson and drinking Pepsi brought him joy, but he adored his children and grandchildren most of all. He loved to laugh, watch old movies especially comedies and old westerns. He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Angela Lucas, his son, Jody Locke; brothers, Richard, Bruce and Mike Locke; sisters, Sandy Poland and Lisa Harris, and four grandchildren. Gary was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Judy. Friends may call from 12:00 - 2:00p.m.on Saturday August 25, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 2:00p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis. Interment will follow in Washington Park East Cemetery.
