Garland R. Simpson

Garland R. Simpson 56 of Indianapolis, IN died January 19, 2013. He was a Butcher by trade for over the past 40 years working at Preston Safeway, Cub Foods and Marsh Supermarket where he was the Meat Manager for the past 10 ½ years. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Pamela, daughter, Erin (Josh) Meadows, grandchildren, Alec and Cooper Meadows, sister, Bonnie (Julie) Allen, brother, Gillford (Carole) Simpson, Gordon (Elaine) Simpson, brother-in-law, Greg Maggard. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Heather, parents, Joe and Dorothy Simpson, and sister, Jeni Simpson Maggard. Service will be Thursday, January 24, 2013 11 A.M at Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur with visitation there Wednesday January 23rd 3-8 PM. He will be laid to rest at West Ridge Park Cemetery.
