Gale C. Reed

Age 87, of Indianapolis passed away on October 6, 2016. He was born January 16, 1929 in Orient Hill, West Virginia to Garland Reed and Ada Vinson. He spent many years as a working at Consolidated Freight Liner as a truck driver, was a Mason of the 32nd degree with the Lynhurst Lodge, and was married to Alma Myers for 25 years. He is preceded in death by his parents. Surviving to cherish his memory are his Wife; Alma Reed, Sons; Eugene and Teddy Reed, Daughters; Rita Reffett and Jeanette Jackson, and many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. – noon with a funeral service at noon at Flanner and Buchanan – Floral Park, 425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222. Gale will be laid to rest at Floral Park cemetery following the service.
