Gabriele (Dörre) Miller

Gabriele (Dörre) Miller, 66, of Indianapolis passed away on June 19, 2024. She was born in Ottenbach, Germany on August 25, 1957, to parents Erika Eick and Ernst Willibald Dörre. In 1979, she met and married the love of her life, Stephen Miller. Gabriele was a Claims Specialist for many years for Zurich North America. She was a proud “Omi” to her three beloved grandchildren.

Gabriele is survived by her loving daughter, Susan Underwood; her son-in-law, Robert Underwood; her grandchildren, Nicholas Frietzsche II, Gage Underwood and Calyssa Underwood; her sister, Erika Jones; her mother, Erika Eick; and her brother Hanspeter Eick.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Miller and her father, Ernst Willibald Dörre.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024, at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St. Indianapolis, Indiana, 46229, from 12-2PM. Gabriele will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery next to her loving husband.
