Freida K. Wheeler

Freida K. Wheeler, 75, Noblesville, passed away May 27, 2016. She was born January 25, 1941, in Indianapolis, one of seventeen children of the late Louis and Orpha (Ford) Schoolcraft. She married Cecil Wheeler on October 12, 1965, who preceded her in passing on March 2, 1999.

Freida was bingo champion, who loved playing cards and traveling. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family.

She is survived by children, Johnny (Loretta) Schoolcraft, Vickie (Tony) Voglino-Rodriguez, and William (Sharon) Schoolcraft; and daughter-in-law, Kristina Schoolcraft. Freida was preceded in passing by her son, Rickie Schoolcraft. In addition to her children, she is survived by nine grandchildren, Shayne, Cassandra, Jesse, Vickie, Tabatha, Lynn, Nikki, Marcela, and Caitlin.

Services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at Flanner and Buchanan – Hamilton Memorial Park, 4180 Westfield Road. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
