FREDERICK T. FEREDAY JR. 81, Carmel, died Dec. 14. He had worked in the Indiana State Securities Division. A Kentucky Colonel, Mr. Fereday was a member of Carmel Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II.
