Frederick C. "Fritz" Weitendorf age 78, of Noblesville, passed away on January 4, 2011 in Indianapolis. He was born on January 14, 1932 to the late George and Josephine (Galow) Weitendorf in Chicago, Illinois. Fritz married his wife Barbara 58 years ago on May 31, 1952 in Rockford, Illinois and she survives him. Frederick worked as a sales manager for Woodstock Die Casting Company retiring in 1987. Mr. Weitendorf served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the Elks in Noblesville and a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Fritz was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed by his family; his wife, Barbara; and their two children Frederick G. "Fritz" Weitendorf and his wife Lois Pade and JoAnne and husband Jerry North; three grandchildren, Kristi and husband Matt Lantz, Fritz and Angie Weitendorf. Preceding Frederick in death a brother, Wayne, 31 years ago. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, January 10, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady Grace Catholic Church in Noblesville, with Fr. Tom Metzger officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Diabetes Foundation or Colon Cancer Chris4life.org.
