Frederic Albert Gronau

Frederic Albert Gronau 93, Noblesville, passed away July 20, 2011. He was born April 12, 1918 in Fort Wayne, IN. Frederic served as a medical supply officer in the U.S. Army. He was a graduate of the School of Pharmacy at Butler University. Frederic retired after 33 years of service at Eli Lilly. He also worked with the Sigma Nu Fraternity for many years. Frederic was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Noblesville. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Margaret (Braeuer) Gronau; his daughters, Francie (Richard), and Christine (Pat); his son, Tom (Aida); and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Private services will be held at Bethel Lutheran Church, with entombment at Hamilton Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church, 20650 Cumberland Road, Noblesville, IN 46062.
