Freda L. O'Connor

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Freda Lavonne O’Connor, passed away on April 1^st, 2023, at the age of 81.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 57 years, Thomas O’Connor, her first born child, Stephanie O’Connor and her parents, Gerald and Vivian Ashby.

Freda is survived by her daughter Terri Seefeldt (Roger Johnson) their children, Shana & Scott Johnson, Zachary Seefeldt and his father Mike Seefeldt (Denise). Her son, Tom O’Connor (Jane) and their children, Sam O’Connor, Kendall Wright, Kelsie Taylor (Justin) and great -grandchild, Hattie Taylor.  Her daughter, Tracy Hutton (Victor) and their children, Jeremy Hutton (Michelle) and Hannah Hutton. Her daughter, Tammy Dzikowski (Jeff) and their children Lauren Lucas-Falk (Seth) and Chandler Dzikowski. Her son, Tony O’Connor and his sons, Cole O’Connor and Connor Clevenger.

Freda was known for her love of dancing and sense of humor; we like to believe it was her last show of humor to pass away on April Fool’s Day.  She was surrounded by her loving family in her final days and hours. Her final gift to us was that for her last week on earth, she made the world stop for her entire family and we all came together to be with her and one another, nothing else was important. We shared stories, we laughed, we cried, and we prayed, we were all right where we were supposed to be.

We love you mom and thank you for giving your entire life to your family. You will be loved and remembered forever and always.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, April 5^th at 10:00 am, Flanner Buchanan- Carmel, 325 E. Carmel Drive, Carmel, IN 46032.
