Frank Donald Popowics Jr

Frank Donald Popowics, Jr., 90, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025, in Indianapolis, IN. He was born in Hartford, CT, October 23, 1935, son of the late Frank D. Popowics, Sr. and Meimi “Mim” (Sjoblad) Popowics. He resided in Indiana for several years having formerly lived in Glastonbury, CT. Frank grew up in East Hampton, graduated from Trinity College, was a non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, and worked for Southern New England Telephone Company for over 35 years. In his retirement he loved to travel. He is survived by Nancy his wife of 61 years, three children, Daniel (Joan) Popowics of Cincinnati, OH, Tracy Popowics of Seattle, WA, and Karl (Kerry) Popowics of Carmel, IN, and six grandchildren, Natalie, Amelia, Daniel, Joseph, Nicholas, and Rachel. A memorial service will be held Monday, December 29 at the Flanner Buchanan-Zionsville, 105 W Pine St., Zionsville, IN 46077 at 1 pm.
