Frank Thomas McMahon,
87, of Indianapolis, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2013. He was born on July 11, 1926 in Indianapolis to Frank Edward and Mary (Luke) McMahon. Frank attended Tech High School and was a proud U.S. Army Veteran, having served in WWII. He retired from Citizens Gas in 1984 and was a lifetime member of the VFW Post 5626 and Pike Lions Club. Frank was a former member of the Crooked Creek Baptist Church and a current member of Church of the Master. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Dorothy Maxine (Rosebaum) McMahon; sons, Frank I. and Michael T. McMahon; granddaughters, Cindy, Amber, Kelly, Wendy, Rachel; and 13 great-grandchildren. Frank was preceded in death by his daughter, Mary Stevenson. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 1pm at Church of the Master, 1620 N. Girls School Rd. Indianapolis, with visitation 1 hour prior to the services. Memorial contributions may be given to Church of the Master. Arrangements entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan – Speedway.
