FRANK BLAIR, SR., 101, Indianapolis, died Monday, April 5, 2004.
He retired from the Speedway plant of Allison GM as an Assembly Inspector. A 50 year plus member of Prospect Masonic Lodge #714, he was also a member of UAW Local #933 since 1965.
