Francis "Bud" Westrich

Francis (Bud) Westrich, 89, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on July 2, 2021 at the Harrison Retirement Center in Indianapolis. He was born to parents, John and Frances Westrich on March 12, 1932 in IIlmo, Missouri. He served in the US Army from 1953-1955 and was stationed in the Philippines. He was self employed for many years and also worked as a brakeman for several railroad companies until he retired. Bud was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Linda, son Roger and granddaughter Laura. He is survived by brothers Andrew Westrich and Paul Crader, his ex wife Marie, daughters Beatrice and Darlene, sons Tony and Larry, as well as 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren. Bud was an avid hobby car builder and enjoyed showing his cars at numerous car rallies and shows in the Indianapolis area. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 9,2021 at St. Malachy Catholic Church 10 am in Brownsburg, Indiana, burial to follow at St. Malachy North Cemetery in Brownsburg
