84, Indianapolis, IN passed away June 10, 2016. She was born August 30, 1931 the daughter of Warren and Ocia (Foster) Crisp. Frances had worked at the Marion County Voter Registration Office and the Wayne Township Assessors Office and was a member of John Knox Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed reading, playing cards and traveling. Survivors: daughters, Karen (John) Welch and Becky (Kirk) Miller; grandchildren, Lisa (Tyler) Stepsis, Sam Welch and Jacob Miller; great-granddaughters, Claire and Quinn Stepsis. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 13th at Flanner and Buchanan – Speedway 2950 N. High School Rd.
