FLOYD R. HALE, 83, Indianapolis, died November 25, 2002.
He was a draftsman for the Naval Avionics Center, retiring in 1978. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II and a survivor of Pearl Harbor. He was a member of Naval Avionics’ Geology Club.
