Flora Vogelgesang

Flora Ellen Vogelgesang of Indianapolis, IN died at home June 19, 2014. Born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to the late Benjamin & Wilhemina Saurer. She is survived by her husband of 65 years Ferdinand Ross Vogelgesang; sons, Philip E. (Susan) Vogelgesang of Boca Raton, FL and Paul E. (Brooke) Vogelgesang of Laguna Hills, CA; grandchildren, Trent Ross Vogelgesang, Stephanie Lynn Vogelgesang, Victor Cortes; niece, Linda Black and nephew, John Saurer. A homemaker and wife, she also worked at Robert Lee Frost School 106 and Community Service Council of United Way. She was a member of the King of Glory Lutheran Church. Calling will be Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan – Broad Ripple. Service will be 11:00 am Monday, June 23, 2014 at King of Glory Lutheran Church 2201 E. 106th Street Carmel, IN 46032. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
