THE REV. FELIX D. WALKER, 87, Indianapolis, died Jan. 23. He had been a minister 24 years for Cyntheanne Christian Church, Noblesville. Previously, he was a minister for churches in Garrett, Clarksburg, Morristown and Gwynneville.
