91, of Indianapolis, passedaway on Sunday, March 6, 2016. She wasborn in Chicago, Illinois. Fay was a member and Elder at NorthminsterPresbyterian Church, active in many church activities and women’s organizationsas well as past president of an Indianapolis Chapter of A.A.R.P. Fay was proudto receive her Associates Degree in accounting. Fay is survived by her 3 children, JosephToteno, Suzanne (Robert) Quarnstrom, and Pamela (Michael) Prugh; 5 grandchildren,Dawn King, Brian Prugh, Eric Prugh, Amy Lintern and Angela Smith; 7great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be heldWednesday, March 9, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. at Northminster Presbyterian Church,1660 Kessler Boulevard E. Drive, Indianapolis with calling from 11 a.m. Burialwill take place in Willow Springs, Illinois. Arrangements handled by Flanner and Buchanan – Broad Ripple.

In lieu of flowers,contributions may be made to Northminster Presbyterian Church.
