Everett R. Saddler

Completed his life on December 5, 2013 at 93. Everett was born in Angelica, Allegheny County, New York. Bob served in the Army during World War II in an anti-aircraft unit in the Philippines and Panama. He retired after 35 years as Administration Officer for Centralized Pay Operations at the U.S. Army Finance Center, located in the former Fort Benjamin Harrison. During his civil service years, he also was the Manager of the Vogue family Theater in Broad Ripple. Although his family name is spelled "Sadler" his birth certificate read "Saddler" and the Army held to that spelling. Everett married Madelyn Marie Restivo in St. Louis, MO in November, 1945. Madelyn and a son, Mark, preceded him in death. He is survived by daughters, Barbara Carr, Karen Cunningham, Marsha Louden, Marilyn Pindara and son Craig Saddler; 8 grand-children; 10 great-grand-children; sister, Gladys Pitfield and brother, Eugene Sadler, and sister-in-law, Dolores Restivo Berra.
