Evelyn Rose Mason

Evelyn Rose (Wilham) Mason, 90, of Indianapolis passed away August 20, 2026. Eveyln was born on July 14, 1936 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Roy Oscar and Lida Raye (Darnell) Wilham. Evelyn was a member of the Westside Baptist Church and the Lynhurst Chapter of the Eastern Star. Eveyln was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, George William Mason and her siblings, James (Jake) Wilham, Kate Hollensbe, Ralph (Doc) Wilham, James (Jimmy) Wilham, and Kenneth Wilham and her step-son Jaymes Mason. Calling will be held on Tuesday August 25, 2026 at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park from 4 to 8 pm. Additional calling will be held on Wednesday August 26, 2026 from 1-3 pm with a funeral service beginning at 3 pm. At the funeral center. Evelyn is survived by her children, Allen Dean (Marilyn) Farley and Connie (Will) Etter, and her step-children, George Mason Jr, Joseph (Karen) Mason, Mary Eitelman, and her sister in law Dolores Wilham and her daughter in law Jan Mason, her four grandchildren, Joshua, Megan, Alyssa, and Mason, and her ten step-grandchildren, Caley, Joey, and Lacy, Jamie, Lee and Kimberly, Cynthia, Robert, Kevin and Chris and six great grandchildren and her sister, Betty Slinker and several nieces and nephews.
