Evelyn A. Smith

Evelyn A. Smith, 69 of Fairland, Indiana passed away April 4, 2013. She was born on April 3, 1944 in Bloomfield, Indiana the daughter of Robert and Nola (Ramsey) Duncan. She had been a bookkeeper. Survivors, daughter, Sueanne Purtlebaugh; sister, Marilyn (Robert) McCoy; mother, Nola King and 4 grandchildren. Hunter Watkins, Corey, Aaron and Kendra Purtlebaugh. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Smith and her father, Robert Duncan. Private Funeral Services will be held at Flanner and Buchanan – Floral Park 425 N. Holt Road Indianapolis, Indiana Entombment will be in Floral Park Cemetery. Contribution may be made to the American Lung Association.
