Eula “Jean” Daupert of Indianapolis, IN died peacefully on December 28, 2017 at the age of 97 surrounded by her loving family.
Jean and her husband Elmer owned Daupert Store Fixtures until their retirement in 1983 and then moved to Pine Island, FL. Twenty-five years later they moved back to Indianapolis to be close to family and resided at The Forum at The Crossing where she was greatly loved. She also worked as a secretary for the Jane Gray Dancing School before becoming the owner and manicurist at the Four Seasons Beauty Salon. She was very active in her churches both in Florida and Indiana where she participated in various activities and Bible studies. Her daily devotional was always by her bedside.
Jean is survived by her daughters, Donna (Tom) Johnson and Delores “Dee Dee” (Terry) McGuire, 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and sister Rosie Rigney. She was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years Elmer Carl Daupert and daughter Deanna Daupert.
A Memorial Service will be held 2 PM Sunday, December 31 at Flanner Buchanan – Geist, 7855 Cork Road, Indianapolis.
