Eugene Gibson

Eugene Gibson 79 of Indianapolis, IN lost his battle to Mesothelioma on December 24, 2011. He was a Shear Room Crane Operator for AM General Corp. for over 30 years. He was a member of the UAW Local 555, and loved the outdoors especially fishing, hunting and gardening. He took great joy sharing with many his tomatoes that he grew in his garden. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn, children, Vickie McKinney, Susan Abner, Sandy Gadient, grandchildren, Alicia, Dustin, Jamie, Derek, Nathan, Andrew, Rachel, Nolan, great grandchildren, Gabe, Taylor, Graden, Trevor, Mackenzie, Harper, Luke, Zeke, Jordon, Nick, Madison, Brian, Brianna, sister, Josephine, brother, Shirley Gibson. He is preceded in death by a son, Randy, grandson, Calvin, sisters, Delcie, Maxine, brothers, Welby, Dewey, Shelby, Junior, and George. Services will be held 1 PM Wednesday December 28, 2011 at Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur with visitation there Tuesday December 27th 4-8 PM. Burial will follow the service at Mt.
