Eugene Farkas

Eugene Farkas Passed away quietly and in peace on September 8, 2014 at the age of 87. Eugene was an Army veteran of WW II. He received his Bachelor and PhD degrees from Wayne State University. He was a retired Research Chemist at Eli Lilly for thirty-seven years. He was a longtime member and served on the Vestry for Trinity Episcopal Church. He is survived by sons, Richard (Debra), David (Maryanne), and William; four grandchildren, Matthew, Brandon, Adam and Emily and brother, Steven Farkas. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church. Calling will be Friday, September 12, 2014 at Flanner and Buchanan-Broad Ripple from 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church or your favorite charity.
