EUGENE ARTHUR SPITZER, 79, Kokomo, formerly of Indianapolis, died April 1. He was president of Pragmatic Screw Machine Co. for 27 years, retiring in 1985. He was a member of Knights of Columbus and Our Lady of Fatima.
