Ethel R. Stanley

Ethel R. Stanley 97 of Brownsburg, IN passed away November 22, 2014. She was born August 21, 1917 in Sadler, Kentucky to the late Sam and Delia (Decker) Mudd. She is the widow of Leggett Stanley. Ethel was a longtime member of Mars View Christian Church in Indianapolis, IN. She is survived by her Grandchildren-Tammy Van Dyke , Timothy Stanley, Kenny Stanley, and Bradley Douglas, her Great Grandchildren-Amber, Joe, Nicole, Ryan, Jayme, John, Sam, and Monique, Great Great Grandchildren-Savanna, Jacob, Shannon, Patrick, Colleen, Rowan, Ellie, and Alex, her sister Silva Ludwig who is 100 years old and her Daughter-in-law, Wyonda Stanley and numerous Nieces and Nephews. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Sons-Jimmie and Leggett Ray and Great Grandson Alex, along with her 7 brothers. Services will be held on Friday, November 28, 2014, 1 PM at Flanner and Buchanan- Decatur with visitation there from 11 AM. She will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery.
