Ernestine M. Ramsey

Ernestine M. “Tina” Ramsey 72, Indianapolis, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, passed away December 5, 2010. Tina was a secretary for Geiger and Peters Steel Co. for over 30 years, retiring in 2000. She was a member of Job’s Daughters and the Brightwood Methodist Church. She was involved with Lawrence and Mt. Vernon Little League Football, was an accomplished seamstress and an avid bowler and fisherman. Tina is survived by her children, Christopher (Melinda) Ramsey, Beth Ann (Robert) Williams and Keith (Susan) Ramsey; eight grandchildren; brother, David A. Fentz and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Eugene Ramsey; parents, Ernest and Helen(Bamford)Fentz and a brother, Thomas E. Fentz. Services for Tina will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center-Washington Park East, with visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 8.
