Emma Rose Selby Cogdill

89, passed away on March 21, 2016. She was born August 20, 1926 in Keensburg, IL to Luther and Nora Alice (Richardson) Selby. She was a Registered Nurse, homemaker and babysitter for countless children who also called her Grandma. She was the widow of Everett E. “Gene” Cogdill, who she married in 1949. She is survived by her daughter Barbara J. Harvey, two sons E. Wayne (Gayle) and Michael (Carol) Cogdill, a sister Marguerite Kerns, 11 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 3-8pm at Flanner and Buchanan- Floral Park with services Thursday at 11am in the funeral center. Entombment will follow the services in Floral Park Cemetery.
