Emma Jean Crain, 93 of Indianapolis, IN was born June 22, 1922 and passed away November 20, 2015. She was born in Smithville, Tennessee to Joseph and Alma Jaco, who precede her in death. She came to Indianapolis in 1950. She was a very devoted mother who raised seven children and four grandchildren. She was also mom to all of the neighborhood kids. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Evangelistic Center. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two husbands, Eliga Rayburn Luna and Otis F. Crain and her son Larry D. Crain. Surviving to cherish her memory are her children, Lidia Nolan (Larry), Carolyn Calvert (Charles), Freda Rightor (Jim), Melvin Luna (Judy), Brent Luna (Tracie), and Eliga Luna, sisters, Dorothy Atnip, Barbara Adcock and Betty Mumaw, 17 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren. Friends may visit from 11:00 AM until service time at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St., Indianapolis 46229.
