Emily Allen

Emily Ann Allen 79 years old, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on May 24, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Emily was known for her generous and giving spirit to all who knew her. She loved surrounding herself with family and friends. Emily was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana by Floyd and Pauline Marlnee. She enjoyed bowling with her late husband, Cecil Allen and friends. Emily was employed for many years at Mechanics Laundry as a File Clerk where she served proudly. Emily is survived by her three loving sisters, Rosemary Farrar of Inverness, FL, Nancy Tewell, and Susan Babineaux of Indianapolis, IN; many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Allen; brothers, Floyd Marlnee, Jr. and Fredrick Marlnee; sisters, Pauline "Polly" Marlnee-Harner and Catherine Akin.
