Elsie M. Castle, 94 of Carmel, passed away Friday, May 3, 2019. Elsie was born April 1, 1925 to Halbert and Eva West in Salem, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband’s Andrew Terry Prather, Sr. and George Edwin Castle. Her daughter Dona Jean Dozeman died ten years ago on May 3, 2009. Her sisters Betty Heflin and Violet Stovall also preceded her.
Elsie is survived by her sons, Andrew Terry (Donna) Prather, Jr. and Chris Edward (Denise) Prather and daughter, Sharon Marie Johnson. Grandchildren, Kimberly Cockrill, Andrew Tanner, Steven (Janine) Tanner, Andrea (Craig) Peoples, Desarae (Greg) Morris and Christan (John Smith V) van Slyke. Great grandchildren, Brandy, Mathew, Stephanie, Lea Elsie, Alyson, Joel, John VI, Zoe, and Sarah.
Stepchildren, Verna Castle (Ronnie) Romans, Charles E. (Amy) Castle, Roy Castle, and Donald E. (Denise) Castle. Step grandchildren, Lisa Romans Milan, Ronnie Lynn Romans Balay, Ronnie Romans, Jr., Troy B Castle, Trent B Castle and Tracy Castle.
