Elnora J. (Duncan) Bland Russell

93, formerly of Indianapolis, passed away on December 8, 2018 in Mount Dora, Florida.  She had worked as a clerk for Allisons for thirty years, retiring in 1974.  She was a charter member of Valley Mills Christian Church.  She is survived by husband Lyle W. Russell; step-son, Larry Bland; five stepchildren from the Russell side of the family; brother, Howard Duncan and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Services will be Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 2 pm with visitation from noon at Flanner Buchanan-Decatur Township.  Entombment will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the hospice of your choice.
