Elmer W. Wendt, 89, Oaklandon, died Thursday, February 3.
He was a teacher for Indianapolis Public Schools and Trinity Lutheran School, retiring in 1975.
Previously, he taught in Wichita Falls, Texas, and Fort Wayne.
