Ellen Hurst Shera

Ellen Hurst Shera, 74 of Carmel, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016 at her home. Ellen was born in New Philadelphia, OH to the late Eugene and Margaret Hurst. She attended Miami University.

Ellen was a member of Woodland Country Club.

Family and friends are invited to gather from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday, February 13 at Flanner and Buchanan-Carmel, where the funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm. Burial to follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.

Ellen is survived by her husband of 54 years, Frank; children, Rebecca Shera (husband, Charles) Walker, Brian T. (wife, Amy) Shera and Daniel H. (wife, Trish) Shera; honorary son, Todd Graham; grandchildren, Allison and Christian Walker, Caitlin and Mac Shera, Caroline and Nicholas Shera.
