Ella A. Riggs 90, of Indianapolis, died Sept. 27, 2008. Visitation will take place on Tues., Sept. 30 at Flanner and Buchanan Decatur Funeral Center from 4-8 p.m. Service will be held on Wed., Oct. 1, at 1 p.m. at the funeral center.
