Elizabeth W. Vazquez, 93, of Dade City, Florida passed away on March 13, 2026. She was born on October 17, 1932, in Brussels, Belgium to her parents Basil and Maria Kwiatkoska. She relocated to the United States in 1950.
Elizabeth was known for her one-of-a-kind sense of humor and her quick wit—often saying what was on her mind. She was an avid animal lover as well. In earlier years, she loved to fish and travel. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her son, Terry (LuAnn McKim) Vazquez; her grandchildren, Kristina Vazquez and Terry (Taja) Summers; 2 great-grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; and her “sister”, Lois Taylor.
She is preceded in death by her parents (listed above) and her lifelong friend, Ruby Elder.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 11PM-1PM at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park East. 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46229.
