Elizabeth A. (Dawson) Foxworthy 93, of Noblesville, IN passed away peacefully January 7, 2013 at Riverwalk Commons, where she lived since 2008. Elizabeth was born September 25, 1919 to the late Jack and Virginia Dawson. On August 29, 1940 she married the love of her life Richard A Foxworthy. Elizabeth graduated from Shortridge High School and then attended business college. For all those who knew her she quickly became known as Grammy. This was a result of her passion for family and friends. Her entire life's focus was making sure that the needs of everyone around her were met before her own. She enjoyed golf, bowling, playing the organ, bridge and canasta, although her favorite was a good game of blackjack with her friends. She will be remembered for the smile on her face, the love in her voice, her constant words of encouragement and her divine love for our Lord, Jesus Christ. Elizabeth is survived by her children Randolf L. Foxworthy (Jenifer) and Jeffrey T Foxworthy (Rebecca) all of Indianapolis. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard, her oldest son Richard Allen II, granddaughter Krista Lynn Foxworthy and grandson Randolf L. Foxworthy II. The family would like to thank everyone at Riverwalk Commons, Noblesville, IN for their excellent care over the past 5 years. Grave site services will be held for family members at Washington Park East on Friday, January 11, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a memorial contribution to the charity of your choice.
