Eleanor A. Lewis

Eleanor A. Lewis, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away August 27, 2015. She was born in East Chicago, IN the daughter of Julius and Irene (Kazmierski) Trojnar. She was an Avon Representative for many years and also owned and operated her own Paint and Wallpaper business. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sisters, Geraldine Humbert and Dolores Japkowski. Eleanor is survived by her husband, William Edward Lewis; her son, Steven Edward Smith, Esq.(Dimarie) of Ft. Myers, FL, daughters, Dianne Jean Roberts of Indianapolis and Teresa "Terry" Marie Carrow (Andy) of McCordsville; 3 grandchildren, Kevin Daniel Roberts (Brittany), Sarah Lynn Smith and Tyler William Carrow; and her sister, Pat Dvorscak (Jim) of Merrillville, IN and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held 3:00 PM, Sunday, August 30, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Visitation will be from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery in Indianapolis.
