Elam Daniel Carter entered peacefully into Heaven on June 12, 2013.
Elam is survived by his loving parents Eric L. and Eryn F. Carter; big brothers Ethan V. and Eli A. Carter; grandparents Pamela and Joseph Stoler, Daniel and Lisa Philpot, and the late Hazel Corporal; great-grandparents Daniel and Judy Philpot, Ida Mae Frazier, and the late Vernon Frazier, and Nellie and Augustus Corporal.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family for a permanent memorial.
