ELAIS ALLEN ‘CY’ HARMON 95, Indianapolis, died Aug. 24, 2004.
Cy was a 28 year veteran of the U.S. Army and Acting Deputy Director in the Department of Civil Defense, when he retired in 1979 as a Lieutenant Colonel.
