Effie L. "Peggy" Ellis, 87, of Indianapolis, passed away October 17, 2013. She was born on June 23, 1926 in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 21, 2013 from 11 - 12 PM at Flanner and Buchanan - Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street. A Graveside Service will follow at 12:00 Noon at Washington Park East Cemetery.
