Ed Tucker

Edward “Ed” Tucker, 86, passed away on February 2, 2024.

He was born in Russell Springs, Kentucky on July 4, 1937, to Delmer and Dona Tucker.

Ed loved flea markets, dealing in coins/fruit jars, Bluegrass music, and doing whatever mom told him to do. 

He is survived by his sons, Duyane and Barry; his daughter in laws, Tina and Trish; his niece who was like a daughter to him, Sherry Miller; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; his sisters, Loueda Taylor and Shirlyn (Bobby) Wilson, all of Russell Springs, Kentucky; and his brother, Kenimer Tucker of Zanesville, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Polly Tucker; his sisters, Chestina (Junior) Shepard and Frances Houston ; and his brother, V.D. Tucker.

Funeral service will take place 1 p.m. Thursday, February 8, 2024, at Flanner Buchanan – Floral Park, 425 North Holt Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46222. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service. Private entombment to take place in Floral Park Cemetery.
