Ed's distinguished military career spanned 22 years, during which he served honorably in the United States Army. He was a talented clarinetist and rose to conduct the Army Band before concluding his service after 22 dedicated years. Known among family and friends today as a man who loved classic cars, Ed’s passions in his younger years also included competing in chess tournaments, bowling, and enjoying spirited games of Monopoly with his friends in earlier years.
