Eddie J. Divelbliss
68, was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, passed away December 2, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife Regina in 2014, who just celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary before her passing. During their wonderful marriage he had two beautiful children, Dewain Lee (Tammy) Divelbliss, Dawn Marie (John) Rathburn and, four grandchildren, Hannah Marie Divelbliss, Macee Jo Ellen, Brandon Allen Rathburn Sarah Ann Divelbliss, and two great grandchildren, Jaxon and Kain. Eddie love spending time with his family and especially spoiling his grandkids and fishing.
He worked as a truck driver for various trucking companies, most recently with Overnite and Dayton Freight, retiring in 2010 to spend time with Regina, fish and spend time with their grandchildren. He was also a member of the VFW Post #908 and Teamsters Local #135. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 6th at Flanner and Buchanan Decatur from 2-6pm. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Monday, December 7th in the funeral center. Burial will follow the visitation in Round Hill Cemetery.
