Dorothy Olive Weaver

Dorothy Olive Weaver, 86, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Methodist Hospital. She was born June 10, 1926 in Indianapolis the daughter of Elsie (White) and Virgil Winkle. Dorothy loved crafts and decorating her home. She also enjoyed games like euchre and Tripley. Most of all she loved and cared for her family, fixing them her special meals. Dorothy was a God loving Christian women. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Robert; four sons, Lester "Butch" Spilker, Donald Spilker (Diane), Thomas Spilker, and Roger Weaver (Ivie); three daughters, Dixie Lee Wilson (Joe), Donna Hendren (Douglas), and Janelle Arend (Bill); many grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Joyce Ann and brothers and sisters eleven in all. Services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 3, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan-Floral Park, with visitation from 2:00 until 6:00 P.M. Sunday, December 2, 2012 at the funeral home.
